ALLIE was born in Seoul Korea and her family moved to Japan when she was about four because of her father's business. She grew up in Osaka and Tokyo for more than 10 years. She went to Art high school in Vancouver Canada and she started to paint since then. She got her MFA degree in San Francisco 2009 and now she lives and works in New York. ALLIE's paintings are all about the colors, abstract shapes and textures of the natural world. In her paintings, colors and abstract forms reflect her deepest emotions and her soul. She is attempting to capture the organic sensation of being alive within a world of endless colors, lines and textures.
