Jieun Yim was born in 1988 in Seoul, South Korea. Her work is about curiosity and imagination, and began in her childhood. In the beginning of her artistic life, she changed her point of view about curiosity. First it was a selfish instinct and now it is a tool to communicate with the audience. She is now continuing to work for the answers to her questions and the processes to express them to the audience and herself. She wants to recreate new meanings from her whimsical thoughts.
